1.How long does order take to get to my home ?
Generally, after we confirm your payment, your parcel will be shipped out within 36 hours, unless otherwise informed.
For all the international orders, packages take 4-7 business days to get to destination (Business days – excluding weekends and holidays.)
According to its delivery term, the shipping time of your order will be taken as:
EMS: 5-7 days
UPS:2 days
DHL,AAE,TNT,FEDEX EXPRESS:3-4 days

2. How can I know my order status?
Once we send you the package, we will forward the tracking number to you, with which you can check the status of your order online.

4. Will I have to pay Import taxes?
We ship the goods marked as samples or goods with low value and sometimes ship it as a gift to avoid custom duties if possible.
Most countries do not charge duty for low value import. But in case some duty happened, the customer should be responsible for the charges.

5. Can you find other brands of bags which aren’t not listed in your website ?
Yes, just write us about your requirements, preferably with pictures. We will contact you for further discussions.

6.How do I place orders?
You can place your order online or via email, indicating which bags you want, with product ID, quantities, and colors.
Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you a Proforma Invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment via Western Union or bank transfer. We will send your package once we get the payment.

7. How to ship products?
We offer world-wide standard shipping. We usually ship all orders within 36 hours after receiving your payment. You will receive an e-mail confirmation from us once your order has been shipped, we will  certainly send you tracking number. Usually, it takes about 5 business days for the parcel to reach your hand after availability of the parcel’s tracking.

But please allow approximately 4-7 business days for shipping. Sometimes, the weekend, holiday, weather and customs inspection may delay the shipment. We ship via DHL, UPS, FEDEX, EMS, AAE, TNT.  (door to door )
